4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify the Company immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other Users, the Company, or third parties.

5. Services Description

6. Payments and Billing

6.1 Fees

Access to certain Services requires payment of applicable fees as described on the platform at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the currency displayed during the checkout process. The Company reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, with such changes taking effect upon publication on the platform.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise the Company and its designated payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. The Company does not store full payment card details.

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the Services, unless the Company is required by law to collect and remit such amounts on your behalf.

6.4 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with the Company's Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time period.

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

8. Intellectual Property

All Content, materials, methodologies, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property made available through the platform are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content solely for your personal learning and development purposes.

8.3 User Submissions

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, questions, or other materials to the Company, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such submissions for any purpose, without obligation of compensation or attribution to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by the Company. The Company has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Results achieved through the use of the Services will vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the Company's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Suspension and Termination

The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Services and any Content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the Company at contact@accessnavigator.info. Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless otherwise provided under the Refund Policy.

15. Modifications to the Services

The Company reserves the right to alter, update, or discontinue any feature, content, or aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Waiver
